About the Role:
Uptech is seeking a confident and target-driven Appointment Setter to connect with potential leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Scripts and leads will be given, but ideally the candidate should have good research skills and data scraping abilities. The individual’s end goal should be to convert interest into confirmed appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to the leads.
- Use pre-approved scripts to pitch and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointment for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments in CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads to ensure attendance.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional call etiquettes and persuasive speaking skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes without declining quality.
- Self motivated with a target driven approach.
