We Developed AI-Driven, Customized ATS Software
Customize Hiring Pipeline
Recruiters can customize the entire hiring process, such as steps like screening and adding interview stages, video interviews, forms, tests, and more. The candidate must complete all the steps to be considered for the job. This lets recruiters find the right match with ease.
Access to the Database
With the free plan of the Motivo ATS, recruiters can post jobs and review applications. The pro plan gives recruiters access to the candidates' database, allowing them to directly reach out to potential candidates who match the job requirements.
AI Profile Analysis
The system uses smart AI to analyze candidate profiles and suggest who best matches the job requirements. The skill level indicator and the overall profile score help hiring managers quickly identify top talent.
Role-Based Access
The ATS allows assigning different roles to different users. The super admin can manage settings and permissions, the organization or recruiter can post jobs, set up pipelines, and manage hiring, and the candidates can apply for jobs.
AI Resume Aprising
Candidates can upload their resumes, and the system automatically populates details for each job application. This frees candidates from the hectic process of manually entering information every time they apply for a job.
Smooth User Experience
