Custom Software Development & Customized Services
All custom software development and tailored digital solutions are non-refundable. This includes any product or service that has been modified, developed, or customized specifically for a client’s needs.
We invest significant time, effort, and resources in delivering high-quality, personalized solutions. As a result, once the development process has started, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
Note: This includes custom mobile apps, web platforms, integrations, and any software altered from its original version.
Digital Products Listed on the Website
We offer a 7-day refund policy for non-customized digital products listed on our website. A refund may be requested if:
- The product has not been customized or altered after purchase.
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The product is not functioning as described or advertised.

Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10-15 business days of confirmation.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for any customized or custom-developed work.
- Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered or partially completed.
- If a product has been modified or altered in any way after purchase, the refund will be void.
